			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I guess you would have to have been living under a rock (or just not surfing the Internet) for the past two years to NOT know about Googleâs Adwords feature, but I thought I would spend a few minutes explaining how to drive traffic to your business opportunity page.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>While there are a few methods (we will cover them all in later posts) to do this, none is as quick or effective as using one of the largest *in-place* methods available, Google Adwords.<br />&#13;</p>
<p>Hereâs how it worksâ¦ you research what keywords you want to advertise for (keywords are what the people searching Google use to get results), build an ad, bid on the keywords and then turn on the tap. Instant traffic flows to your web site.<br />&#13;</p>
<p>Sounds easy doesnât it?</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The Keywords</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Well, there are a few pitfalls (think Grand Canyon if you go into this without some forethought), some things to look out for, and you need to be prepared to spend some time researching, reviewing, refining and adjusting the list of words or phrases people will be searching for to find you. If you just put 1-10 keywords in your bid list, you will get a few *hits*. The more keywords you enter, the more *hits*.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>But, and let me be VERY clear here, if you enter keywords just for the sake of having more in your list, you will go broke pretty fast. You want *laser-guided keywords* that bring traffic to your site, but you ONLY want keywords that relate directly to your opportunity, and indicate a willingness on the part of the web surfer to review your page.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>In other words, donât include a keyword phrase like âreal estate home businessâ because those people arenât looking for what you are offering (unless you actually have an MLM opportunity in the real estate field!). Every time someone searching for that term sees your ad and clicks, you wasted the âcost-per-clickâ associated, you pissed off the surfer because they really donât want to know more about your MLM and you dilute your traffic analytics.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The Ad</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The next element to successfully driving traffic to your web site is the ad itself. Google has been a little stingy with space and only allows you 25 characters in the headline, 35 in each of two description lines, and a display URL (also 35 characters ). Frankly, itâs pretty hard to generate excitement and interest with so few words, but it can be done. Again, plan to spend a little time with this element. You want to explain features or benefits to the person reading the ad, so they WANT to click to see what you have to offer.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Whatever you do, donât lie. People arenât stupid (despite what you might think) and will leave disgusted if they see an obvious lie. They will also leave pretty quick if they clicked a ad that promised them free information and only find paid content available. Again, this just wastes your money and their time. Not a good combination.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The Capture (or Landing) Page</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The final element, and one you should plan to give a lot of thought to, is your landing page. This is the page that the web surfer sees when they do click on your ad. You have about 5 seconds to grab their attention and give them a reason to keep reading so this should quickly explain what you are about, or answer a question they have been asking (their internal dialogue), or even better, ask them a question they really want to know the answer to, such as âAre you losing weight the way you want to?â or âDo you have all the money you need to do the fun things in life? I do!â.<br />&#13;</p>
<p>The headline is one of the most important aspects of your Capture Page. And if you ask and then answer the question (within the body of the sales letter), they will keep reading. Make your points one by one, each one directed at generating excitement, showing them how it is possible for them and then ask them to take action. It can be to sign up for more info (lead capture), or sign up now, or purchase something from you. The goal here is to get them to take action for their own benefit, so your wording needs to move them to that end. My favorite is the email capture because I know with their email address, I have more than one opportunity to *sell* them. I can send them free information, build trust, get them used to hearing from me (but donât over do this part) and then when they are ready, whether its tomorrow, next week or two months from now, they will remember the contact, the good information and they will call me and ask to join the organization. Why? Because I educated them, and asked for nothing in return.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>I could spend hours and hours on how to drive traffic to your business opportunity and still not scratch the surface, but I wanted to give you some food for thought. There are other ways which I will cover in more detail in later posts, but here is a teaserâ¦</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Forumâs: Posting, answering questions, asking questions and interacting with other network marketing professionals is a good way to establish yourself as an authority. Itâs also a free way to drive traffic to your business opportunity. Just add a signature line to your profile so each time you post or reply to a message, your link is shown and clickable. Remember, other networking people read these posts. Many will click the link to see what you are doing.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Blogs: Posting information in your blog is also a good way to drive traffic where you want it. Write a post about the three things you should avoid saying on the phone with a prospect, or the 5 things you need to always say, or how to counter rejection, and people will read it. The search engines will list you, so someone looking for information about what you wrote about will be presented with your blog entry. The more you write, the more traffic you get. Remember to show your business opportunity link somewhere on your blog page. Every few posts, mention that that link explains *something* better. There are free Blogs out there, ready and waiting for you. I use both Blogger.com and I host my own using Bloggerâs interface. I also have a WordPress blog (this one) that allows for some more advanced templates, though itâs a little harder to get setup initially. While hosting your blog or using WordPress might be a little too advanced for your taste, the first is literally *push-button-publishing*. Go to blogger.com and try it today.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Articles: There are dozens of article directories available on the web today. Each of these articles allows an unlimited number of *reprints* by anyone at all. Letâs say I have a website about Gardening and I want fresh content so the search engines are happy, but donât have time to write it myselfâ¦ I search out an article from one of more than 700 directories, pull the article and post it on my site. The search engines are happy. The web surfer is happy. And the person that wrote the article is happy because each reprint MUST include all the original text and links. Itâs a win-win.</p>

		<title>Don&#8217;t Handle Objections, Embrace Them</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Network marketers have been taught by training programs, their up line and printed material that they have to âhandle objectionsâ as a matter of course, to get to the sale. BS. Objections arenât really âobjectionsâ, but rather an invitation from the buyer to make a connection to us. Thank them for the invitation, and connect with them. Look, itâs a proven fact, buyers present 58% more objections than non-buyers, and that is before they buy. Itâs their way of forcing you keep connecting until you establish trust. They already know they have a need, you already know you have the solution (presumably), so once there is trust, you two can get to the âdoes this solution fitâ?</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Let me put it another wayâ¦ your goal as a salesperson is to help your client, which means you guys are on the same side, right? </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Itâs not a contest, itâs not a debate, itâs the beginning of a relationship. (Hence the term relationship marketing) So get into what the objection is. Find out whatâs really behind it. What are they worried about? What does that matter? How does that work? What happens then? Whatâs at stake for the client? It might take a few questions to get to the root cause, concern or problem. Your job is to uncover the truth. Bring it out into the light of day and examine it. Frequently, the buyer will throw up an objection that isnât really what they are concerned about. Itâs a reflex action. You have to listen closely and ask questions to find what their real concern is. This is an important step in the process. Skip this at your own peril. If you donât deal with the questions and objections, and I mean all of them, they will linger in your prospectâs mind, even if you do manage to âmake the saleâ. (Buyers Remorse is a common term for it) Another is âunproductive member of your teamâ. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Okay, having said all that, letâs get down to brass-tacks. How exactly, do you deal with your prospects concerns, step by step? There are a lot of formulaâs out there, I am sure you have seen one or more of them. I have a couple that are favorites, which I will detail hereâ¦(canât remember where I got this one, wish I couldâ¦)</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Â· Step #1: Hear your prospect out &#8211; Really listen. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Â· Step #2: Restate the objection. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Â· Step #3: Expound on it. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Â· Step #4: Isolate it. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Â· Step #5: Answer it. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Â· Step #6: Have your prospect agree that you&#8217;ve answered it. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Â· Step #7: Transition to the next close. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Â· Step #1: Hear your prospect out &#8211; really listen.</p>
<p><strong>Step #1: Hear Your Prospect Out</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>What&#8217;s important to remember is that although your prospect&#8217;s concern may seem insignificant to you, it&#8217;s very real and very significant to them. Don&#8217;t cut him short, and don&#8217;t be apathetic. Keep your ears open and your mouth shut. Listen and listen very attentively. Only then can you truly decipher what your prospect is really saying.</p>
<p><strong>Step #2: Restate The Objection.</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Believe it or not, sometimes this is all it takes for your prospect to realize just how silly or unfounded his objection really is. By hearing his own objection coming from your mouth, it sometimes minimizes the impact or significance of it. The key here is how you restate it, your tone and inflection, and always follow up with a benefit. For example, your prospect says, &#8220;I can&#8217;t afford $500 to get started.&#8221; Your response would be, &#8220;You can&#8217;t afford $500 for a possible return of $5,000 a month in just 12 short months?&#8221; However, the way you say it should make your prospect hear it like this: &#8220;What? Are you crazy? You can&#8217;t afford $500 for this kind of return? Are you nuts or just certifiably insane? I can&#8217;t believe you just said that!&#8221; </p>
<p><strong>Step #3: Expound On It.</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Get your prospect to talk about his concern. This is where it pays to listen very attentively. By getting your prospect to expound on the issue, it sometimes leads to the real crux of the issue. For example, maybe your prospect&#8217;s objection is &#8220;I don&#8217;t know how to do MLM.&#8221; Your response would be, &#8220;Explain what you mean by that.&#8221; &#8220;Well, I just wouldn&#8217;t know where to start or how to begin.&#8221; So the real issue here is a perceived lack of prospects to call on. That&#8217;s an easy one to overcome. But if we get our prospect to elaborate on it, sometimes they come to their own conclusion that it&#8217;s really not an obstacle after all.</p>
<p><strong>Step #4: Isolate It.</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>By isolating the objection, you&#8217;re eliminating any other reason or reasons your prospect may have for not signing up. This is a critical step in the process, so as not to put all your energy and resources into overcoming a money issue, when in fact, he also has to talk it over with his wife. For example, &#8220;Mr. Jones, in addition to your concern of coming up with the initial investment of $500, is there any other reason you can think of that would keep you from getting started in your own business today?&#8221; &#8220;Well, I would still need to talk it over with my wife.&#8221; At that point, it would be prudent to involve his wife before attempting to address the money concern. If his response would have been &#8220;No, everything is fine, I just don&#8217;t see how I can come up with $500,&#8221; then you&#8217;ve isolated the objection and you can begin to answer it. Remember, the key here is being firm and direct with your prospect and getting a commitment to join before you appease his concern. &#8220;Mr. Jones, if we could find a way to come up with the $500, is there any other reason, any at all, that would keep you from getting started immediately?&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Step #5: Answer it</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>When answering objections, there are three golden rules you must always live by:</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>1. Never argue with your prospect. No matter how insane an objection may sound to you, it doesn&#8217;t sound that way to your prospect. Remember, you&#8217;re in this business to feed your mouth, not your ego.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>2. Don&#8217;t make the mistake of being perceived as attacking prospects personally when addressing their objections. Be sensitive to their feelings and show respect for their objections. It&#8217;s not your job to prove them wrong. You&#8217;re there to empathize with their concerns and show them through new information how their fears are groundless.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>3. Lead them to overcome their own objections. People don&#8217;t like to be sold; they like to be informed. By giving them proper information, they can make their own intelligent decisions.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>To further illustrate Step #5, let&#8217;s assume my prospect Mr. Jones&#8217; objection is, &#8220;I just don&#8217;t know enough people to get involved in this kind of business.&#8221; Let&#8217;s also assume that I&#8217;ve already taken him through the first four steps, and I&#8217;m now ready to overcome his concern of not knowing enough people. The following is an example of how I would address his concern:</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>&#8220;Mr. Jones, I understand your concern. In fact, I understand it all too well. It was only 8 months ago that I sat in my living room thinking the very same thing when I first looked at this opportunity. I remember thinking, &#8216;Who in the world do I know that I could possibly introduce this business opportunity to? Maybe 10 people if I&#8217;m lucky.&#8217; Then my upline sponsor gave me what&#8217;s called a Memory Jogger List, and I was amazed at just how many people I really did know. It&#8217;s incredible. Between the newspaper delivery man, my chiropractor, insurance agent, next door neighbor and all the rest, I came up with more than 300 people I could call on immediately. Chances are we can come up with even more than that for you.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>&#8220;Mr. Jones, if I could provide you the same list, do you feel that would be sufficient in getting you enough people to call on to get started immediately?&#8221; &#8220;Sure, but what if I can&#8217;t reach all of them?&#8221; &#8220;That&#8217;s okay, because chances are you won&#8217;t reach the majority of them. In fact, I only reached a mere 10% of the 300 I came up with on my list, and then only 10% of them got involved. But that&#8217;s all it took to start me well on my way to financial freedom, and having the time with my family to enjoy it. And if I&#8217;m reading you right, and I think I am, that&#8217;s exactly what you want for your family, isn&#8217;t it?&#8221; &#8220;Yes.&#8221; </p>
<p><strong>Step #6: Have your prospect agree that you&#8217;ve answered it</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>This is self-explanatory. As in the case of Mr. Jones, he&#8217;s already agreed that the Memory Jogger List would appease his concern about a lack of people to call on, and therefore be able to get started immediately. However, if I really want to be sure, I add, &#8220;Do you see how the concern you had about not knowing enough people is really no concern at all with the help of the Memory Jogger List?&#8221;</p>
<p><strong>Step #7: Transition to the next close</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Don&#8217;t put too much credence on the term, &#8220;Closing the sale.&#8221; All it simply means is bringing the presentation to the next logical conclusion, which culminates in your prospect signing the application. However, it sometimes takes more than one attempt to get a prospect to commit. As in the case of Mr. Jones, his concern was a lack of people to call on. Once I appeased his concern, and I got him to agree that I did, I would then transition to the next close. For example: &#8220;Mr. Jones, now that we see just how many potential prospects you do have to call on, let&#8217;s get your application in right away, so that we can get you started making money immediately.&#8221;</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>In closing, understand that objections are a natural part of the entire sales process. They are as common as night and day, and therefore shouldn&#8217;t be feared. View them as invitations from our prospects to further enlighten and inform them. Expect them, embrace them, and be challenged by them. Make a list of the most common objections you encounter &#8211; then write at least three different responses for each objection. </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Keep in mind that each response should address the objection from a completely different angle. What might make sense to one prospect may have no relevance to another. After writing your responses, practice your delivery. Get with your upline or someone who can be objective, and practice, practice, practice. Only through repetition and frequent application will you gain the confidence to overcome even the toughest of obstacles. Once you do though, the sky&#8217;s the limit!</p>

You already send e-mailâs to friends, family, and business colleges but perhaps you donât want to present your opportunity outright to them. Letâs face it, most of us have been in more than one network marketing opportunity and have âburned some bridgesâ. Adding a compelling signature line to your e-mailâs allows you to say whatever you want, provide a âlinkâ to your marketing web page and do it without any pressure or obligation.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Think about it, how many emails do you send out every day? How many of these forwarded jokes, pictures, stories and things of that nature, do you receive every week?</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Why not put your email to work for you by adding a link or two to your signature file? Thatâs all it takes! You can start as simple or as fancy as youâd like. You do want to get your readers attention though. Your signature line should make a statement, ask a question, or intrigue them in some way.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Right now, a lot of people that you email on a daily basis may not be interested in building a long-term residual income with your business opportunity. But imagine if one of them just found out she is pregnant and wants to explore options working from home. Or another gets injured on the job, and needs to make ends meet with something they can do lounging at home. Your link is there, quietly beckoning. âClick on me, I am offering you a chance to change your lifeâ. Okay, I am exaggerating a little, but you get my point. A compelling signature line is a must.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>In most email clients such as Outlook, Outlook Express, and some online email sites, you can create more than one signature file so that you change it up from time to time. And you should use a different one when emailing the same group more than once a week. You should never miss an opportunity to display your links though. You never know when someoneâs situation or circumstances change or they are secretly unhappy with their present occupation. Suddenly, someone you least expect may be interested in what you have to offer, whether itâs a product or a business opportunity.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>The idea is to get as much exposure for your business or products as possible. Maybe one of your friends has a slow day at work and clicks on one of your links out of boredom and ends up making a purchase. Cha-ching.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>You may also want to consider all the funny stories, pictures, jokes that inevitably end up in your inbox. Imagine what would happen if you just forward them to 5 people, who forward them to 5 of their friends. Suddenly, your signature links have the potential of reaching hundreds of people. And did I mention, itâs free?</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>To make this even more effective, take it a step further and add your link right above the story, joke or picture, with a little âbrought to you by your-domain-name.com.â</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Now, I am making a couple of assumptions..</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>a) I am assuming you have a âplaceâ to send your prospects that explains your business opportunity for you. Thatâs the www.your-domain-name.com we were talking about.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>b) I am also assuming you have a method there for them to âraise their handâ when they are interested. They have to be able to let you know in some way.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>These are absolute requirements to make the most of this method of prospecting.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Purpose of signature line</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>* Helps you sort and prospect without talking to people initially</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>* Provides *people* an opportunity to see what you are doing without pressure</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>* Makes it âtheirâ idea</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>* Gets forwarded to other people, extending your personal reach</p>
<p><strong>Sort People Effortlessly</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Now, letâs go into a little detail about each of these. What do I mean by âsortâ? Well, letâs say you send an email to a group of friends, perhaps a joke you received or a link to a particularly good website or YouTUBE video. Some of those people are successful in what they are doing, and some are not. Itâs not up to you to decide which is which. THEYâLL do that. If they are unhappy in their current situation, they will be open to looking elsewhere, meaning they just might click. If they are happy in what they are doing, they might click because they know someone who isnât happy or could use extra money.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Get Your Message OUT There, With Zero Pressure</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Signature lines are your silent partners in that they âprospectâ without pressure, without obligation, without you having to say a word! You didnât ASK them to click a link or read more about your opportunity.. your signature line is just there, taunting them, intriguing them. A well-written signature line can be more powerful than the *3 foot rule*, your circle of 40 or whatever other âmarketingâ ideas your upline has.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Itâs Always Better When Itâs Their Idea </p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>See, itâs MUCH better when taking some action is their idea. Most people will resist, JUST TO RESIST. Itâs ingrained, particularly if they have had, or know someone who has had a *bad* network marketing experience.</p>
<p><strong>Extend Your Personal Reach</strong></p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>There is another advantage to signature lines in emails. It extends your reach for you. When you send an email to a friend or family member that is cute, funny, news worthy and is passed along, your signature line is passed along with it. Think about the possibilities here. Imagine sending an email that lands in someoneâs inbox who is unhappy with their income/job/situation. They might not know you, or maybe only know you only by name, but here is a chance for you to reach out to them.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Letâs cover some examples of signature lines and where you would use them.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>On All Outgoing Emails You Send (even replies)</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>On All Posts You Make In Forums</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>On All Replies You Make In Forums</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>On All Posts You Make In Your Blog</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>On All Comments You Make On Other Blogs</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>Let me give you an example to help you understand the value here. Not long ago, I joined a new network marketing company called Nussentials. I built a website and started advertising âWork From Home And Create Wealthâ on Googleâs Adwords. At that time, less than 3 months ago, 100% of the traffic (or visitors) I got was from those paid adâs. Once I started using signature lines on posts in my blog and submitting articles to the article directories, I started getting traffic I wasnât paying for. Now, just 3 months later, almost 30% of my web traffic comes from these sources. Those are visitors I didnât pay for.</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>30% of my web traffic by taking a few minutes and setting up a signature line. Hmmm.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You have probably heard the term (more than once) during the course of your online education, but if you haven&#8217;t grasped the complete concept, let me help you out.</p>
<p>First, a definition to get us on the same page:</p>
<blockquote><p>
A *Mastermind* is peer group of people like you for shared ideas, accountability and opportunity discussion to improve your personal and/or company success.
</p></blockquote>
<p>If the value isn&#8217;t readily apparent to you, then read that definition again. In fact, read it a few more times.</p>
<p>I belong to a couple of good mastermind groups in my chosen *genre* of Internet/Affiliate/Network Marketing, and I can tell you with no hesitation that the *hour(s)* spent with each group are some of the best hours of the work week.</p>
<p>When a group of like minded folks get together and start talking about what&#8217;s working for them, or what to avoid, you have an opportunity to supercharge the time you <span style="font-weight: bold;">do </span> spend doing something, or even more important, what NOT to spend your time on.</p>
<p>I won&#8217;t go into some of the troubles of building the <span style="font-weight: bold;">right </span> mastermind group, those should be obvious, but I will tell you <span style="font-weight: bold;">it is worth the effort</span> . Keep your ears open to the people you come in contact with&#8230; and ask yourself, could this person add something to the group? Watch their activities and actions, listen to what they say and how they say it. If you think it might be a good fit, ask them.</p>
<p>In addition to reducing your *learning curve* or knowing what to avoid, is another benefit that was recently made very obvious to me. You see, one of the members of a group I belong to ran into a <a href="http://makelemonade.info">little trouble</a> , personal trouble. The mastermind group did something amazing. They pooled their resources, talents, PLR, techniques and time to help her out.</p>
<p>The result was nothing less than mind-blowing.</p>
<p>In just a few short day&#8217;s&#8230; these people, by pooling time, tasks and talents, where able to put together a website and an amazing *package* for sale, with all the proceeds going towards the one in need. Now, it <span style="font-weight: bold;">might not</span> be enough given the gravity of her situation (<a href="http://makelemonade.info">you can read more about <span style="font-style: italic;">that </span> here</a> ), but watching a group of people from all over the US come together like this has been inspiring, to say the least.</p>
<p>It also points to another benefit of masterminding. Being able to help someone because they deserve it. No one deserves what happened to her and her family, but seeing the mastermind group come together like this has gone a long way in restoring my flagging faith in the inherent kindness of mankind.</p>

<p>All Nussentials Representatives,</p>
<p>It&#8217;s always a pleasure to share with you the latest news in our company and today is no different.</p>
<p>Our June sales numbers this year almost doubled last years figures led by the Candle of the Month product; and it&#8217;s because of you!</p>
<p>The Kids thank you.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m proud to see all of you taking advantage of the Quick Promote opportunity to get positioned.  I&#8217;m excited to greet all the SMR&#8217;s, RMR&#8217;s and NMR&#8217;s parading the stage in Dallas at our first ever Family Reunion Conference.  It&#8217;s Labor Day weekend&#8230; that&#8217;s August 29, 30 and 31, for history in the making.</p>
<p>I still today remember the early events like this in other companies I was a part of.  The pride that we all felt for being there in the beginning was enormous. That is not to mention the distinct income advantage we had being there on the ground floor.  Others who didn&#8217;t attend these events, just looked back, and called us &#8220;Lucky&#8221;. No, luck is not the deal.  It&#8217;s the determination to do today what others won&#8217;t, so you can do tomorrow what others can&#8217;t. That&#8217;s what we will have in Dallas at the Family Reunion.  You&#8217;ll hear from the Leadership Council and the Top Givers, along with Liz Sauer from Children, Inc.  You&#8217;ll listen as doctors, nurses and top trainers share about our products and how to build the biggest customer base.  If you want more income and if you really want to be known for making a difference in the world, then find the money and make the time to be there Labor Day weekend.  Do not let gas prices and travel days get in your way.  It&#8217;s your life, take charge of it!</p>
<p>You can expect product announcements, promotions, drawings for cash, and someone will be placed in a New Lexus IS 250 to drive and enjoy. Did you hear me? A new car!!! You&#8217;ll learn how you can get one as well.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Knowing that not everyone has time to make the Wednesday night &#8220;<strong>Personal Branding and Marketing Online</strong>&#8221; calls, I decided to record them and make them available online. This way, you can listen to them on your schedule.</p>
<p>Since I setup all the audio stuff for that new page, I will also add special recordings as well. These aren&#8217;t &#8220;calls&#8221; but rather me just grabbing the mic to talk about something to help you with your personal branding.</p>
<p>So, check out &#8220;<strong>Podcasts</strong>&#8221; in the top navigation bar and give a listen. You can also download them and put them on your MP3 player so you can listen to them as you are driving to work or sitting on the freeway in bumper to bumper traffic.</p>
<p>Let me know if you need anything special, and I will try to work it into the schedule.</p>

<p>Just a quick note to say&#8230; It&#8217;s finally done!</p>
<p>Yes, it took a lot longer than planned. Yes, it wasn&#8217;t as easy as it looked on paper. And no, the directions found in various places didn&#8217;t always agree with real life. But, the &#8220;facelift&#8221; is complete and the training blog is officially back online.</p>
<p>For those of you affected by the blog being offline, and I can only say &#8212; I&#8217;m Sorry. All PDF files that have been branded to you are here at the new site, and each link has been tested. (However, if you find a broken link, please let me know immediately).</p>
<p>We will get back to our &#8220;capture page&#8221; discussion shortly, so keep your eyes on the Blog Feed, but until then, I would love to hear from anyone who has had similar experiences with their blog. Or, for that matter, non-similar experiences. For all those that come after us, let&#8217;s help them avoid our mistakes.</p>
<p>Your public awaits you, share your thoughts, experiences and frustrations.</p>

<p>Just a quick update on something of importance to you if you are giving out the &#8220;links&#8221; to your customized report&#8230; the new site changes mean there have been a couple of changes.</p>

<li>File names are now case sensitive. This means if your &#8220;Hero Book&#8221; has a file name of OurHeros_CenayNailor.pdf, then the capitalization is a requirement! If you are not sure what the file name is, please visit the Reports link and review. In fact, you can click on the report link and open the report in your browser and then copy the URL from the address line. Please use this new link when sending people to see your report online.</li>
<li>The URL where the &#8220;Get The Arthritis Pain Relief Shouldn&#8217;t Be Deadly&#8221; or &#8220;Nussentials Is Changing Lives ~ Stories From The Heart&#8221; eBooks has also changed. Again, you can use the links at the top of each page in this site to get the new address.</li>

<p><img class="alignleft" style="float: left; margin-left: 5px; margin-right: 5px;" src="http://www.nussentialssuccesssecrets.com/images/penandpaper.jpg" alt="" width="90" height="120" />I am sorry for the additional effort of replacing existing bookmarks and links, but the benefit to the blog required I take some action.</p>
<p>Just since the new design, traffic to this blog has increased 200% and Google is indexing the pages within minutes, instead of days or weeks.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I feel sure you can related to this. I know you have probably &#8212; at one time or another &#8212; been tempted to toss your monitor across the room, or even better, through a plate glass window. If you ever given in to this urge, I understand you.</p>
<p>Because of the little techie things that were bothering me about this blog (it&#8217;s a Virgo thing I am sure), I had decided to move it to another hosting plan (notice I said plan, not company). This new plan would allow me to have &#8220;pretty links&#8221; and &#8220;SEO friendly&#8221; page names, something any blogger online for more than a month knows and wants. There were some other considerations, but when you boil away all the crap, it was really about those two things.</p>
<p>I planned my move. I carefully read about backing up my MySQL database.</p>
<p>And then, my hosting company announced a move of their own. From Kentucky to Ohio. Well, their move was a bit more than my move, so I decided to wait until it was over. That move finished this weekend, so look for me to try moving this blog over the next few days.</p>

<p>If that happens (fingers crossed that it won&#8217;t), please check back in a day or so. The hosting company assures me it will be quick.</p>
<p>When I return, we will start on the capture page topic (there are several planned). In the meantime, here is a video to help you understand HTML (enough to read it at least)&#8230; this is something you should do before we get deep into them.</p>

<p>My business has taken off and I find myself in the (almost unheard of) situation of having more ideas than time.  I say almost unheard of because in network marketing, it often takes a long time to really get some momentum going. Not using the techniques taught in <a href="http://www.cenaynailor.com/mlm-traffic-formula" target="_blank">MLM Traffic Formula</a>!</p>
<p>Imagine my surprise when I started using the <a href="http://www.cenaynailor.com/mlm-traffic-formula/" target="_blank">techniques</a> that Mike teaches, and instead of months to build up a head of steam, it was only weeks.  Imagine getting 2-3 calls a week from my prospects. Please note I said they were calling ME, not the other way around.</p>

Yesterday, John launched BlogRush, a tool to help bloggers connect to other bloggers, and bring relevant posts to your blog. It also places your posts on other blogs that are in a related topic. You will notice a new widget on the right side called FROM THE BLOGOSHPERE. <p>I told you my mission was to teach anyone who wanted to learn, and that is exactly what I meant. Whether your 15 or 90, male or female, a corporate CEO or a garbage collector currently, you can learn to achieve financial freedom. America really is the land of the free, but we have all been conditioned, taught, programmed and tricked into believing &#8220;it takes money to make money&#8221;, or &#8220;to be rich, you have to step on people&#8221; or other such nonsense. It has taken many years for me to breakdown all the old programming but I can help you shortcut this process.</p>
<p>Success is a series of small consistent actions. Habits if you will. We all know about bad habits, but there are good habits you can get into as well. These are the one&#8217;s we will be focusing on. The good ones. The habits and actions that bring about results. We will establish good habits, break bad one&#8217;s and take consistent action.</p>
<p>Success is also about knowing <strong>exactly </strong>what you want, and creating a plan to get from where you are, to where you want to be. If you don&#8217;t have a destination in mind, how will you know when you get there? We will draw up a realistic plan with real goals and follow it.</p>
<p>Success is possible. Are you willing to work for it?</p>
